 What is your repair policy?

  1. All parts used are compatible parts only.
  2. All parts for repairs are phone-specific products only (i.e. the iPhone 4 glass will not be used for iPhone 4s repairs).
  3. Parts are NOT refurbished, offered, or authorized by its manufactures. iGlass makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express, or implied.
  4. 90 days warranty for TOUCH ONLY. There is no warranty for any LCD repair due to the nature of the product. (We are not responsible if you drop the item again, and the LCD cracks).
  5. All warranty repairs must take place in our Downtown Loction

 What is your warranty policy?

iGlass  cannot control the manner in which the parts it sells are used after their sale. iGlass  is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. In incidences when iGlass distributes parts that have guarantees by the manufacturer, the customer must address any warranty related issues with the manufacturer directly. iGlass  provides a 14 day limited exchange warranty on all parts it sells. This warranty does not apply where a part is damaged by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, improper installation, or improper repairs. The warranty is at iGlass ‘s sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part.
